"Geronimo, Motherfucker" by Andy Henion in The Molotov Cocktail

He wears the rags of the homeless but dances like an angel, ballerina style, around a garbage can at the edge of a cliff. It’s the most generous can in California, he tells us, providing the delectable castoffs of the rich and famous and attracting any number of woodland creatures that end up skinned and sizzling on his makeshift spit. So keep your hairy mitts off my bounty, he warns, or I’ll stain your souls. Read story here.

This is the latest entry in my long-running novella-in-stories, "Animals."

Read the first story, "Animals," where things start to go sideways for our protagonist, the Angry Suburban Guy, in Thieves Jargon. This one ran in January 2006.

Later on he's fired by his prissy boss and makes quite the scene in "Trouble." This one ran in Litsnack in January 2008.

Then, several stories later, he's serving time, and teaching lessons, in "Suicide Watch." This one's from December 2014 in Shotgun Honey.

The 15-story novella is nearing completion. Hopefully it will be published in its entirety later this year.
